Le Chantier Restaurant
Freshly caught seafood
Whether you visit us for lunch or dinner, you will also enjoy an experience in harmony with the sea. A few years ago, the fish merchants of Concarneau’s fishing harbour occupied this site, hence the name ‘Le Chantier’, a tribute to our neighbourhood’s maritime past.
The sea is, however, first and foremost present on your plate, in the form of authentic, simple yet innovative dishes. Whether you choose from our menus or from La carte, the food offered by our chef Mickaël Rigous is prepared from freshly landed fish and other fresh sea produce, based on the day’s catch delivered by fishermen from Finistère.
Hand-picked fresh fish and meat
Chantier’s desserts
For a grand finale, be tempted by one of our home-made patisseries, with a choice of classics such as Eclairs or rum babas. From our tasty starters to our fine desserts, a whole range of subtle flavours awaits.
So, to enjoy a truly gastronomic experience, don’t hesitate to phone our team in order to reserve a table.
